Chiropractic care encompasses all aspects of healthcare. At Back On Track Chiropractic Clinic, we utilise the biopsychosocial model of pain. Which includes the biological aspects, psychological aspects and the social aspects. There is good quality research that states pain is influenced by these factors. We are here to help you manage those aspect of pain through physical treatment, helping you understand your pain and how to manage it yourself.

We specialise in the musculoskeletal system. We are here to help manage all aspects of pain which includes, muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, nerves and joints.
We are also trained to assess for any other possible causes of pain, which may need to be ruled out prior to beginning care. For example, we may need to perform a cardiovascular, respiratory or abdominal examination depending on your individual presentation.

We do not have an in-house x-ray facility. However, we are able to refer you privately or via your GP.
All x-ray referrals are clinically justified.

Yes, we are able to refer for MRI scans when clinically justified.

Our chiropractor and clinic director has gained a Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Wolverhampton. He has also completed a Master of Chiropractic degree from the University of South Wales.

Yes, we have a large car park outside the entrance of the clinic. All car parking is free of charge.

Yes, we have a stairlift for those who require it.
The area towards the entrance of the clinic is flat so it is accessible for wheelchairs.

We do this utilising an evidence-based approach where we utilise good quality research which has already been tested.

We kindly ask that all patients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice before cancelling or rearranging appointments. This also includes missed appointments.
For any appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour notice period, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We offer a 30% discount for referrals. So, if you are already a patient here and you refer someone to us, you will both receive a 30% discount on your next appointment.

Usually the initial consultation is completed within 60 minutes. However, we have a 30 minute buffer for any complicated cases that require further examination.

Absolutely. We offer a 15 minute consultation for free (free screen).
During this allows us to discuss your issue, provide information on whether how we may be able to help and answer any questions you may have.
This can be done in person or online.

We offer one-to-one exercise rehabilitation sessions, which are tailored to you.
These can be done at a gym of your choice. However, we have partnered with a local gym to the clinic and are able to use their facilities.

The treatment frequency will vary depending on your diagnosis and presentation.
