More About Rohit
Rohit is a passionate chiropractor that believes exercise is an essential aspect of life that everyone should partake in. From a young age Rohit realised that exercise is not just about going to the gym and lifting weights. It is the mental attitude behind this that allows for success in other aspects of life. As a child, Rohit underwent training in Karate which is where his passion for exercise and the understanding of how it can benefit you started.
Later in life, Rohit started training at Atlas gym in Wolverhampton, which developed his drive for better health. During and after his studies for Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Wolverhampton, Rohit worked with people at all aspects of their health and fitness journey. This allowed him to gain valuable knowledge around how to work with people and guiding them through their individual journey.
During his studies, he was able to work with athletes from all over the world, ranging from elite sprinters, boxers, professional body-builders and gymnasts. Following the completion of his Sport and Exercise Science degree, he pursued a career in a Master of Chiropractic. His studies took place at the University of South Wales where he developed his knowledge around healthcare such as: physiology, anatomy, neuroanatomy, pharmacology and the diagnosis of health issues.
Rohit strongly believes that the combination of his experience, knowledge and expertise, is an extremely powerful tool in helping people reduce and manage their pain, as well as achieving their goals through exercise rehabilitation.
